Robert, Bob, was born at Margaret Hague Hospital in Jersey City. He grew up mostly in downtown Jersey City on Seventh Street for most of his life. He attended St. Anthony grammar school, Ferris H.S. and Concord H.S. (Concord, NH) and finally received his Bachelor of Engineering Technology at Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1984.
Bob moved to the Northern Virginia area the day after Thanksgiving Day 1984. There, after living successfully for several years, he met his wife Kathleen Wise in 1990. We met at a St. Patrick's Day party at the condos where we both lived and later, we met again at a condo board association meeting. We fell in love right away... We finally got married in 1992 and live in 6C Auburn Ct. by ourselves until Emily came along on June 20, 1995. We lived there quite comfortably until May 15, 1997 when Robbie came along. We had such a lot of stuff in our house that we had to move. I can't say the search began in earnest right after Robbie was born, but shortly after. Finally, Kathy found a house in Springfield, Virginia that she really liked. I went to look at the house and fell in love with it also. We immediately made an offer and it was accepted. We finally moved in on New Year's Day 1999 and we have been there since - and we still love it.
