8/8/02- Went to the National Archives yesterday and found Dominique (Dominick) in the 1900 Census. He was listed in the Borough of Manhattan pages, ED 330, Sheet 19B, Line 54 & 55.
He is listed as Dominick Metzere 263 E. 10th St. and Henriette (Victoire PEQUIGNAT) is listed as his wife. It says he is 66 and says that he has been married 30 years. It also says that he immigrated to the U.S. in 1880. It lists his occupation as a boiler maker. It also says that Henriette is 52(?), been married 30 years and immigrated to the U.S. in 1890I'm confused.

On a document I have a copy of it says that Dominique was a boilermaker!Since he was still alive in 1890, that means that he was at least 1890-1834=56 when he died.
